CHANGES:

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.


REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Faults/Damage

If your order arrives faulty or damaged we will be happy to offer you a full refund or replacement.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will require photos clearly showing the fault or damage.Please send these to sales@visiontags.com

As soon as we have received the photos clearly showing the faults, we will issue a full refund or store credit (which ever you prefer). You will not be required to return the items back to us.

In the unlikely circumstance that you receive the wrong item we will replace it for you.

Please note, there may be some slight differences in color due to screen resolution settings.


Sizing

When you receive your order the label may show a different size to what you ordered – don’t be alarmed! Some of our stock has been sourced from international suppliers which have different sizing metrics. We convert all products to US sizing on our site.

If your item measurements are more than 3cm different to what is shown on the size chart for the product and size you have ordered, we will be happy to refund or replace your item. Please send photos clearly showing the incorrect measurements to info@catandmeow.com



Delivery

We will release a full refund or send a replacement to you, if your order is not delivered to you. This will be granted after 60 days of your order being shipped.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

Customers are responsible for paying any import fees, duties or tax if there are any. Some of our items are shipped from China so please be aware of this before placing your order.

Please note, if packages are not collected and are subsequently returned to us, we will issue a 75% refund due to fees incurred from failed collection and return to sender shipping.


SECURE PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit cards including visa debit. We use Stripe and Paypal to process all of our payments – the largest secure payment provider in the world. In Paypal’s words ‘We combine world-class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring to keep you safe from people who try to hack into companies to steal your personal or financial information’.
